B.com/M.com/Inter CA - Well versed in accounting principles & statements - Hands-on exp Tally Prime & Accounting software - Advanced MS Excel ( Vlookups, pivot tables)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Booking expense invoices eg. software, mobile bill, electricity bills, etc.
• Follow up with Ops team for approvals - vendor invoices.
• Sending credit receipts to customers.
• Follow up for payment advices from customers.
• Updating payment/receipt entries.
• Cash vouchers entries.
• Processing payment as per due date.
• Sending payment advice.
• Sending daily Fund status reports.
• Matching books & bank statements.
• Sending weekly pending invoices report.
• Creditors report - twice a month.
• Provision entries of cost & commission.
• Job closing - monthly.
• Reversing all pending provisions of previous month.
• Sending SOA to principal (group co) - twice a month.
